The combination biofilter-water heater to the left is a good example. Since our “Steel Core” construction does not require expensive set-up costs like those for fiberglass or other moldings, we can custom design any part of your system “Just for you” at a fabricated price only, there are no wasted mold costs that you buy but can not use.
The unit to the left contains both the biofilter and the water heater and was special built according to a clients requirements. Designed for a single small tank in a high school vo-tech class the biofilter portion contains 20 cu. ft. with 5,000 sq. ft. surface area. The heat exchanger unit, pump mounting shelf and polyethylene coils, comes ready to be connected to your heater source pump.
